The Cadet programme - Amalfi Challenge

Older Cadets (from the age of 16 years) can
take part in the Amalfi Challenge. Based around the four arms of
the St John Ambulance Amalfi Cross, this personal development
programme is designed to provide you with a framework to set
yourself challenges.
You set yourself
four challenges (for example, from running a Badger Sett to
completing a marathon) within the sections of society,
relationships, service and challenge, and complete them in your own
time. Once you have completed all twelve challenges you receive the
Amalfi Award.
