Being a mentor is an extremely rewarding role. Ensuring that new volunteers are welcomed, and helping them find their way around the organisation, means that joining St John is funand enjoyable - and makes me feel great.
Mentor
You can help us to save lives without ever picking up a first
aid kit. Volunteers who help behind the scenes in a support role
are vital to our work.
There are opportunities available in administration, public
relations, catering and recruitment. You could also undertake a
mentoring, personnel or leadership role or help to organise a
fundraising event.
These support roles are extremely important to help us in our
work within the community and to enable us to save lives.
