Stress awareness
This course looks at the reasons for
stress, the effects of stress and ways of controlling stress both
in the workplace and at home.
Who should attend?
Any employee who works in a potentially stressful environment or
who needs to be able to recognise the early signs of stress.
What you will learn
Students will be taught how to identify the early signs of
stress and what measures to take to avoid it.

Course duration
Three hours.
Assessment and certification
Continuous assessment. Students are awarded a certificate of
attendance upon completion of the course. NVQ Level 2
equivalency.
