The health and safety of all persons at an event - spectators,
participants, workers and performers - must be considered and
potential risks identified.
Some things to consider:
- What will happen in an emergency?
- Do the staff know what to do?
- Are there routes for an emergency vehicle to use?
- Where will the public go?
- Is an evacuation necessary?
- What medical facilities are there?
- Are there good lines of communication?
