Learning first aid

Nobody ever knows when they might need to
know first aid, but it could save a life at work, home or
leisure.
St John Ambulance is number one in first aid
training; teaching over half a million people each year in
first aid and associated subjects.
First aid is not complicated or hard, it's a mixture
of basic life saving skills and common sense and the ability
to talk to and reassure your casualty.
Training
St John Ambulance training services
offers a comprehensive range of Health and Safety Executive
recommended courses for businesses, as well as courses for
interested members of the public. You can find out details of each
course, and whether it is appropriate for you, by looking at the
national
syllabus.
Isle of Man are pleased to announce free
AED courses for all qualified first aiders (those having
attended at least the one day emergency aid for appointed persons
course in the last 12 months).
